Our swimming lessons take place in our customers’ pools or community pools in the North Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and North Phoenix areas.

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of lessons. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a fee.

Our instructors will assess your current swimming ability during the first lesson and recommend a suitable level based on your skills and goals.

We accept payment by credit card or Venmo, and payment is due at the time of booking.

During your first lesson, our instructors will assess your current swimming ability and work with you to set goals and develop a customized lesson plan. You will also learn basic water safety skills and become comfortable in the water.

We strive to provide the highest quality instruction and ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your lessons, please let us know and we will work with you to make it right.

At Swim Scottsdale, we want all of our clients to be completely satisfied with our swimming lessons. If for any reason you are not happy with the classes or we are unable to provide the requested service, we offer a full refund for the cost of all remaining lessons. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to ensuring that you have a positive experience with us.

We recommend booking your lessons at least one week in advance to ensure availability, but we may be able to accommodate last-minute requests depending on instructor availability.
